TESTING
IMPACT, DURABILITY, DENSITY & STRESS TEST
BERG products undertake a intensive process of quality and performance tests before the end-product reaches the rider.
First we design & engineer our products on computer models in Belgium. Second we produce a limited batch and test our products in the main factory, after approval it get's a close inspection by our engineers and test-riders. Then final tests are done by EFBE Germany under ISO 4210-2:2015 so it's absolute safe to ride it under XC conditions.
If there is more than 3 months between a batch we do all testing again to ensure absolute quality.
